Why this route works

A journey with a clear sense of pace.

Children do not need game drives every morning and afternoon. This route introduces walking, tracking and other flexible activities before the Mara, then leaves enough time to properly relax on the coast.

When to go. School holidays require early planning. July and August are popular and dry in many safari areas; Christmas, New Year and February half-term can also work well. We choose the coast around the month and sea conditions.

This is an example rather than a fixed package. Camps, flight times and the final order are tailored to availability, season and your preferred pace.
