Cliff Villa has four bedrooms across different levels, including the upper Turret Suite, and accommodates up to nine guests. Garden Villa has four en-suite bedrooms and space for up to ten, while Beach Villa has three bedrooms for up to six. Bedroom sizes and positions differ: Cliff Villa’s mix is particularly important for groups of couples who might expect equivalent rooms.

Food & drink
Meals are prepared around your preferences, with fresh seafood and Italian influences reflecting the owners’ background. The private-villa arrangement allows relaxed lunches and dinners with your own group. Let the team know about dietary requirements and children’s mealtimes in advance so the kitchen can plan accordingly.

What to do
Pool and beach time can be combined with snorkelling, diving, dhow trips and excursions along the Diani coast. Golf and massage treatments offer alternatives to watersports. Sea activities depend on tides, wind and visibility, so leave some flexibility in your plans rather than attaching a particular excursion to a fixed day.

Diani is reached via Ukunda Airport or a road transfer from Mombasa. Allow for the transfer when comparing flight connections, and choose the villa before requesting availability: these are three distinct houses, not interchangeable room categories.
